Full Comprehensive Warranty Coverage
Stewart Dental Laboratories warranties all fixed restorative appliances (monolithic zirconia, layered ceramics, PFM, cast metal) against material defects or structural fractures under normal clinical function for 5 years from the date of final delivery.
Removable dentures and acrylic appliances (including full dentures and flexible partials) carry a 1-year warranty against base fracture and tooth debonding.
No-Charge Remake Terms
We will gladly remake any restoration at 100% zero charge when:
- The original model, digital scan, and original restoration are returned to the laboratory for evaluation.
- The remake is requested on the original tooth preparation without a change in preparation geometry or restorative material type.
- The case was fabricated per laboratory-approved reduction specifications.
Remake Exceptions & 50% Courtesy Restorations
In cases where a patient requests a drastic change in shade/shape after approval, or where the tooth has been re-prepared into a different margin position, Stewart Dental Laboratories offers a 50% courtesy remake fee to assist the clinician.
